Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available to registrants prior to August 21, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be provided, however, a replacement may be sent to the event at no additional cost. To request a refund, or to make a change in registration, please email Karen Turnbull at karen.turnbull@lakewoodco.gov

After August 21, 2026, at 8:00 am, no refunds will be given due to contractual obligations for meals and speaker fees.
